Site Licensing
The CAREeVantage System is a single integrated database system consisting of a number of modules.  A site license will be granted for each module purchased allowing use on any networked computer at the agency's office.  No additional CAREeVantage licenses need be purchased if you add computers in the future!

CAREeVantage Modules
The CAREeVantage System consists of the following modules.  An agency may choose to purchase only the modules it needs. 

• Module 1: Base Module
  Client, Caregiver, Volunteer & Assessment Tracking
       Prerequisites: None

• Module 2: Home Delivered Meals
  Meal Requirements & Routing
       Prerequisites: Module 1

• Module 3: Home Delivered Meals
  Delivered Meal Tracking, Billing & Income/Loss Reporting
       Prerequisites: Modules 1 & 2

• Module 4: Other �By Individual?Tracked Services
  Resource Scheduling, Service Unit Tracking by Client, Caregiver & Volunteer and Billing & Income Reporting
  (Used for Tracking Cluster I & Medicaid Waiver Services other than HDM)
       Prerequisites: Module 1

• Module 5: Congregate Meals/Aggregately Tracked Services
  Service Tracking & Income/Loss Reporting
       Prerequisites: Module 1

CAREeVantage Upgrades/Maintenance
CAREeVantage is a dynamic system that is continually being enhanced to provide additional functionality as well as keeping the database in compliance with OSA reporting requirements.  Your agency's CAREeVantage system will be upgraded on a regular basis.  Agencies will be charged a database maintenance fee to cover these on-going upgrades.  No additional upgrade fees will be charged.  Click here for a list of program enhancements that have been added to CAREeVantage.
